There are no returns or refunds. Every order will have shipping insurance included.

Upon revision of the damage and insurance claim, an art credit may be given in the same amount of the original order to be placed toward a new order. 

A giclee (pronounced "jhee-clay") is a digital inkjet print. It is made using a combination of pigmented inks and archival substrates (paper/canvas).
The inkjet printer blends the coloured inks as it prints to produce seamless, highly detailed prints of stunning colour and detail. A giclee should not fade for a minimum of eighty years!
